What I do
Three ways to work
Portraits. Headshots where the expression is yours — one person at a time, no hurry.
Business. A consistent image library for a whole organisation: staff portraits and the working day in one visual line.
Events. Speakers, conversations and atmosphere, documented without getting in the way.
Studio in Hyvinkää; most work is around Helsinki and the wider Uusimaa region.
How I work
Calm, and prepared
Most people aren't at ease in front of a camera, and haste doesn't make a natural photo. So I work at a calmer pace and lead the situation — you won't be left wondering what happens next.
The steadiness is learned: years of shooting action sports, and time in the reserve. It shows up as preparation, keeping to schedule, and staying calm when conditions don't cooperate.
